World Gourmet Cuisine
Singapore Airlines gourmet menu spans a wide range of treats, thoughtfully created by our renowned International Culinary Panel. Customers who require special meals for religious or medical reasons are also catered for – these special meals should be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.
Book the cook
Premium cabin passengers travelling on Singapore Airlines can enjoy an unforgettable dining experience in the air with ‘Book the Cook’, where they can choose from a wide selection of meals. The menu can be viewed on Singapore Airlines’ website and the reservations should be made at least 24 hours before flight departure. The “Book the Cook” service is available for flights above 1.5 hours flight time and for all meal services except for Continental Breakfast and Refreshment.
